Interesting thoughts too. I agree. The positional logic I am using comes from the pretty successful MasterMind 3 system. I am trying to get a workable demo version together today. But with the Seahawks leading Green Bay it is kind of tough to focus.Good Luck,

I use something similar with my RNG system. I look at previous drawings to come up with the most common profile of previous drawings. I look at number position in sorted results, sums and ranges and put those parameter in a RNG with other parameters like number of times to match 1,2 and 3 of past drawings. I recent added a feature which look at the numbers of previous drawings that include all the winning numbers. 80% of Buckeye5 winning number have all five drawn within previous 6-23 draws... [ More ]

RJoh,That is exactly correct. I do not know whether Positional Wheel is the correct term to use, but I think it describes it the best.In the case of the Blue Knight Challenger, the process is in a way a two step process, which also divides the success evalutaion into to two areas. The first step after evaluating the previous draws is to come up with the expected range for each position. Here the Maryland version using the previous four draws. (Currently I do not evaluate the bonus number, it is... [ More ]

I take it that a positional wheel is a custom wheel for a particular lottery for a particular drawing and has to be redone as the drawings progress. So to make a wheel for Maryland, you would need to know the particular lottery and the numbers in the previous drawings and it would only be good for a particular drawing? How successful have these positional wheels been compared to the regular abbreviated coverage wheels ? Sounds interesting.RJOh

Nothing against Coverage, RJOh....... but in this case the wheel above is a positional Wheel created by the Blue Knight Challenger for PICK 5 lotteries. It is based on the last four drawing results of the Sikkim Fast Lotto. It expects the results to come in the following rangesPos. 1: Between 3 9Pos. 2: Between 7 13Pos. 3: Between 14 20Pos. 4: Between 19 25Pos. 5: Between 25 31The system tries for multiple hits rather than general coverage of the entire 31 numbers field.Good Luck

Wow Mike! Thanks for this budget wheel, very well within my reach!I will now play the above wheel numbers DIRECTLY and ALSO by substituting other numbers (1-31) for better odds due to wider coverage!I might also try the same wheel for our (5/42+1/15) lottery called the Sikkim ThunderBall!Thank you so much
