Lottery winnings are considered regular income. The IRS ruled that you are liable for taxes at the time you Validate your winning ticket.

Powerball has volleyed with a nice rollover. The cash value is greater than the Mega, but are they pulling strings here? It seems a bit generous. I wonder if the Powerball suits are sweating the addition of Texas. Yup, gotta love Texas.

That has to be the biggest jump for the second drawing of a jackpot roll. I think it only at most used to get up to $15 million. Thats a huge jump for this game!Brad
