It became very obvious to me, while the tests of the system took place (yes, I also tested Illinois Little Lotto!) that every lottery I was testing needed a different number of previous draws for the input. In Buckeye5 the odds of a match 2 for $1 is 1:9 and the odds of a match 3 for $10 is 1:88 so one would expect over a 100 tickets of $1 and $10, mostly $1 with even a RNG if one bought 1431 tickets.
