			<description><![CDATA[<p>Pick4 Master, I totally agree, the lottery should be looked at as gambling. And as a  smalltime  gambler i know how much i can risk and the biggie  when to stop . As you clearly posted many of times, some of steve players systems are not for people who have  short arms and deep pockets  (and yes that would be me!) But some people just choose to let it go through one ear and out the other.
