			<description><![CDATA[<p>winsumloosesum,It could be worse, I believe all of DE&#x27;s lotto drawings are done like the PA Midday draws (even the annimation is the same).But don&#x27;t start up the lottery is rigged issue. PA had the daily number rigged back in 1978 and I believe that ever since then, they probably take more steps than most state lotteries to make sure it doesn&#x27;t happen again.Also, Powerball sales in PA are cut off at 9:59 PM even though the draw is at 10:59 PM. Does that make Powerball rigged too</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m not saying the Pennsylvania Pick 3 Midday Drawing&#x27;s are fixed but I would like to find out why there is a 30 minute cut-off.The actual simulated drawing is 1:35 PM but the cut-off time is 1:05 pm for the last ticket sold.The evening drawing I believe has a 5 minute cut-off.I would like to see a live drawing at 1:35 with real machines and real people.I would also like to see what the total amount paid out like the state of Georgia.I would also like to see an independent outside agency investi... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/80473">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
