All you have to do to keep from getting burned is figure out what you need a program to do for you and for systems you need to really understand how they work and what there limits are.I use to get burned in my early days of using lottery tools but after 6 yrs of learning I develop my own systems from studying the ones I had and I learned how to select good software.

Is it the Payout's??Have you tested this software in all states with Pick 3 and Pick 4?Personally, I do not play the PA Midday drawing (simulated) for obvious reasons.
