			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you use the same wheel and place the same numbers in different positions in the wheel, the coverage is the same but the results may be different because difference numbers appear more often than others.  When wheeling numbers you may prefer to put your favorite numbers in the positions that occur more often.RJOh</p>]]></description>
