Has anyone won on the Indiana Pick 4? If so, when? I would take any suggestions on what numbers to play. If you spend 12-20 grand a year on pic 4 combos how much should you get back a year? 400.00, 500.00? or nothing. Just curious as my 30-40 dollar a day habit isnt winning me anything. Need recommendations on best way to spend 40 per day. Or maybe just save it. Does anyone know how often you should win if you say spend 30-40 dollars a day on pic 4 combos (12 or 24 way)? Thank YouIs anyone el... [ More ]
