			<description><![CDATA[<p>Fja That&#x27;s a good point you have there. I wondered the same thing a while back. When the jackpot was getting up there terminals all over the state were running from sun up to closing time pumping out tickets. Since each state has a different data base it is conceivable that given enough people were purchasing tickets at the same time that the system could print duplicate winning numbers. I know the lottery machines slow down at different times here almost as if they were becoming overloaded.
