Like the Pick3 Fairy said, we have 17 sets of balls that are rotated daily, and our  beloved  Lottery Commision does at least 4 pre-test drawings before every drawing. We are the only one to have 4 to 5 pretest drawings and we rotate 17 sets of balls, so anyone that can truly predict Texas on a really consistant basis is a genius.</p>]]></description>
