			<description><![CDATA[<p>i suppose hot and cold could have different meanings depending on the system or filter method used. i consider a number hot in jackpot play when it&#x27;s either clearly overdue to be drawn or conversely been showing up exceedingly regularly in most recent draws. one hot would be defined by a clear lack of appearance and the other by showing up more frequently than expected. i would tend to guess that the term &#x27;hot number&#x27; in jackpot games would usually define numbers that are long overdue such as is... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/81681/177057">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
