What I can't seem to find time for is to actually sit down and study the numbers. Most of the update work gets done on the weekends, especially for games I just track and don't really play like Pick-4 and Cash-5.

I think it might have been on Saliu's site where I read this or maybe not, but does anyone have any ideas on patterns in relation to the number 1. If you've noticed, each set of numbers has the number one, rather it be the number by itself or in the #41, for example. However, wherever it was that I read this, it was said that all sets of numbers contain the numbers 1 and 2, which is not true. Last years games had at least one set of numbers that didn't contain a 1 or a 2. Not sure if this me... [ More ]

hypersoniq,What you have going sounds interestng as well. Only thing, I can't how you find the time. That's the probem that I've been running into and it aggravates me so. My job keeps me away from the home ten hours out of my day. By the time I get home, I have little time before off to bed I go. I've found myself up at 3 in the morning, sometimes, trying to complete ideas that I've come up with. Of course, at this time in the morning, I'm not sharp at all. I'm definitely going to search... [ More ]

OpenMinded,I have tried this but not lining up the years, what I did was compare games side by side 36 draws apart (like game 100 beside game 136 etc...) and noticed some interesting occurrences. (it's in this thread under Powerball off the wall theories ) I number them in series, but I only keep the data from when the matrix changed (5/53 + 1/42) as I feel this makes it a new game and all prior data is irrelevant (they even used the old beitel criterion machines, where now they use the SmartPl... [ More ]

Kristin,I'm going to see if I can find some of my old notes so that I can better explain it. I've kind of forgotten how I did it myself. I got frustrated, I guess, coming so close, but no banana, that I started trying new things and sort of lost my way. None of my other formulas have come even close like I did when I did it this way. I'll check today and try to get back to you by this evening. Good luck to you too.

Guys, I'm new here, but just wanted to throw something out. I've been working out my own formulas for winning the Powerball for a little over a year now. Tell me if anyone has thought of or work with anything like this. Last year, I used spreadsheets of all the past winning numbers for 2003 and 2002. My attempt was to work backwards to find patterns.
