			<description><![CDATA[<p>BlackappleI agree -  No Need to apologize.  Your system looks good.  I did a sample test.  There is one thing that I don&#x27;t understand - the rearranging.On 2/14 Georgia   742  was drawn.  I understand the part concerning the sequence of your rundown.  In rearranging the 742 before doing your rundown, does it become  274   or   247.On 2/15 Georgia   693  was drawn.  Since they touch in your rundown sequence, they would not be rearranged.
