Winning number for Ill. day was the 437 combo. When systems do'nt correlate I left to focusing on line 20 ,wheeling numbers around the 4.Hopefully picking the correct returning vtrac. This might be the similar lesson for the Texas nite number for 2/23. In sum it was a skip day for the 3-4 rundown for the Ill.day number 2/23.
