I don't think of the lottery as gambling even though it technecially is, because lottery doesn't get the blood up like the track or casino. Gambling is as much how you feel about what you're doing as the rules involved. I know when I'm gambling, I don't feel that way when I play lotto. BobP

It not whether you win or loose that counts its how well you played the game. If you make good choices you might win then again your choices could loose. It's a win loose situation. If you win it's great if you loose then the establishment that got your money wins.

I only know about lotto,even not all lotteries.Anyone know about other three kinds is all about?Obviously lottery is not gamble but the other three is.Indeed Lotterys winning chance ismuchmuch lower than the others so people are more willing to win money from the other three .Is that the difference to make lottery different?goose
