Wouldn't a more timely response have been in order here? What I mean is, why has it taken this long for that interaction to register? If I had heard that on national television, I would have been on the phone to lottery officials, attorneys general, newspapers and, if necessary, my mother.This happened, apparently, five or more years ago.
