			<description><![CDATA[<p>Although I do not base my picks on  overdue  numbers, I know many of you do.  I wanted to share with you the numbers that have NOT been drawn in California since the lottery started with 2 draws per day (11/5/2002).111166222336366558566666 Those numbers have not been called in ANY order.  In other words, 166 has not been drawn, nor 616, nor 661.Just thought some of you might want to know.
