They seemed to have lost more sales when they decided that getting 3 numbers entitled you to just a free play instead of cash ($3 I think).

Ohio lottery popularity declined when the State decided to limit the amount that one ticket could win to $20M. They reversed that decision some months later but by then it was too late, other games that payed more had taken the lead and Ohio tickets sales were down. Ohio had to join one of the multi-state games to get ticket sales up again. PowerBall has decided to limit jackpot size at a certain point and increase the 2nd prize amount, but it hasn't hurt ticket sales because it doesn't take... [ More ]

GooseYes, you are. It's a Buddhist sentence for fortune power.It had a reasonable jackpot size. Only 6/49 but had 4M rollover for the first 4, 5 draws and then grow more.
