			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, 02 is starting to stretch it&#x27;s limits. I kind of think of numbers that have not come up as like stretching a rubber band of unknown length and thickness. Each time the number is drawn the rubber band breaks and a new rubber band of unknown length and thickness is used. Even though we do not know the size of the rubber band and exactly when it will break. We can, based on observation and theory, estimate it&#x27;s likelyhood of breaking.
