My biggest complaint is them not displaying the numbers on my ticket on the website (as winners)... :-(I think we all share that experience.I like PA's web site also easy to navigate and unlike Maryland gives the payouts and number of winners.

What, no PA?I will discard my vote... PA has a functional no-frills site and an easy to use past drawing results .ASP setup.FAQ is a little daunting at first, but is not bad for anyone net savvy.My biggest complaint is them not displaying the numbers on my ticket on the website (as winners)...

Not to worry goose and many of the other posters have had our fare share of fun and game on the lotto posts. He lives in China and had his share of difficulty communicating with the lotto posters. No offense meant and none taken.

Any of the states websites are only going to be as good as the webmaster or mistress and what the state is willing to pay for a sites displays, and graphics. Goose wrote: if yes, will you come over to Iowa and meet me.Four4me replies I don't think so. I very rarely travel more that I have to and then only when it's necessary.

Why is Virginia not listed in this poll? Virginia has the best site out of all the lottery websites. New York comes in second place and the other sites look like they were all cut from the same sorry cookie cutter template. Delaware's site looks like it was done by an amateur.

I live in the Pa. So I guess our site is the Best. Although which ever has cool demo games. I think Iowa is it. Ohio's is good because it says what the payout percentages on instant games are. Actually all of them that have good scratch info will work. When I'm out of stqte, that's all I play, since I can cash, and leave, and not have to make a special trip back.
