			<description><![CDATA[<p>If your mother is disabled why don&#x27;t you seek assistance through Social Security or talk to your local State Representative, Congressman Senator etc.  There is help out there you just have to ask the right people.  Make some phone calls.  I&#x27;m sure people will help you.  I&#x27;m sorry to hear about your situation but I don&#x27;t think you will get much help here.Good Luck!!wsls</p>]]></description>
