			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am fairly certain this is not possible in any jurisdiction.Two reasons. It would add some additional options (complexity) to the play slips. They are already very complicated to some players. Second, the lottery organizers want you to spend your money sooner rather than later and do not want to offer the option of spreading your play over a longer period of time.Good luck,Jake</p>]]></description>
