There's a very good pseudo RNG that card player's use - they're called hands. Card player's don't seem to be worried about whether they're gnarled or dainty hands.Colin

in a jackpot game, the choosing of a number is a non-replacement dvent, the above is the right thinking for a pick 3 or pick 4, but the process of drawing 5 balls from the same machine throws a wrench in the works..,. after the 15 is drawn, it cannot be drawn again because it is out of rotation...
