			<description><![CDATA[<p>What are you trying to do?For powerball, I have a frequency chart that shows the overall times a number was drawn, and then breaks it down by position (both sort order and draw order). I have an at-a-glance reference of the most popular numbers, but I can see where the information is misleading ,I think what I have would be better called an  Isolated positional frequency chart  because it has no way to relate the different positions...
