As for the $5 limit, what&#x27;s to stop you from going to and ATM with the card and getting as much money as your daily limit allows and playing it all. Just as Prohibition didn&#x27;t stop folks from drinking limiting the amount you can spend with a credit card won&#x27;t keep folks from spending the amount they wish. Could you imagine people getting tossed out in the street and going bankrupt because they borrowed money to play the games. I see no reason why one couldn&#x27;t use their debit card. Using a credit card and having to pay interest and penalties would be a little backwards I think. Bad enough you have to put out actual cash. If you&#x27;re not familiar with it, they want to allow among other things, buying lottery tickets in person with credit cards, but limited to $5 per day on the credit card.
