PA has long out periods, sometimes numbers dissapear from a position for 50 to 60 draws at a time... repeats from the last 2 drawings aren't as common as in most other states, overall, and especially in the last 5 years, PA is the land of the doubles... I have not really analyzed the data any further yet, still working on the powerball....good luck...
