Hi Blackapple,Your workout caught NY mid-day boxed 412. I caught it from a weird system I used combined with yours. I wish I could catch on to your system but can't. Thanks again. I know you have gone over it many times but I am having trouble with the 3 difference. Could you do a work out from today's 412?
