			<description><![CDATA[<p>A B 9 5 2 0 3 6 8 1 4 7Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.  Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc.  Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 50%.  Just a way to not play all 150 combos!You might want to be real selective and pick only those numbers that have a sum (without the tens digit) of 1, 3, or 8.  Florida&#x27;s sum jumps most of the time by +4, -1, and -3.  The sum of the last draw was 4 (923=14=4).</p>]]></description>
