Calif Midday = 162 ...didn't meet all of my suggestions because it was a sum of 9, but it did meet the requirements of 1 from A and 2 from B and a neighbor (12).

Here is a list of the numbers that meet all of my suggestions above (1 from A and 2 from B or vice versa, contains a neighbor, and sum ends in 3, 0, or 8): 012 238 578 017 256 677 019 334 788 049 346 067 378 099 389 125 445 127 459 134 567 145 569

Sorry..that was the chart for the evening draw on 3/19....here is the chart for 3/20 Midday: A B 0 4 7 8 5 1 3 6 2 9Same rules as above, but I would add that 40% of the time in California the previous sum jumps +1, -2, or -4. Since the last sum was 12 = 2 (only use the ones digit), you want sums that end in 3, 0, or 8. That may help you select.

A B 3 1 2 6 0 9 4 7 8 5Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa. Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc. Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 50%. Just a way to not play all 150 combos
