Gov Baldacci must have realized how ridiculous it is for a lowly-populated state with lottery not to offer either Mega Millions or Powerball.

This is ironic, considering, that once upon a time, I read where the Governor up there was against Power Ball. Pretty hypicritical (spelling?) considering that there are already lottery games up there. No thing to me, except that how will this affect the powerball as it is now? After Pa. and a few other states joined. I won ($20) once and never won since.
