			<description><![CDATA[<p>You&#x27;re welcome.  Yes, it works in any state.  I have posted mostly for California, Georgia, and Florida but also Illinois/Iowa, Tennessee, and South Carolina.  I use Excel, but just to keep track of everything.  The columns are easy, just fill them in with the last draws. I will post for Illinois again tonight.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>A B 2 4 8 5 3 9 0 7 6 1Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.  Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc.  Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 50%.  Just a way to not play all 150 combos</p>]]></description>
