			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would invest any winnings back into the lottery(pick-3 only). Any possible way that can win consistently in Pick-3 allows you to make money TAX-FREE. It&#x27;s always in my best interest to not give Uncle Sam a 25%-30% cut of my hard earned money whenever possible. There are may very good systems on this forum that require an investment of $100-$150 to play and win consistently.
