			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thank you for the Happy Birthday.  Actually, I meant to take that off because this birthday is really botherning me.  Sixty sounds so old!  I have told my family and friends...no birthday this year.  No presents..no party, etc.Ok..now to the lotto! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>CalifDude,I am truly convinced that your method of picking winners is consistent and I would like to do it myself.  However, I&#x27;m still unsure  of the way you pick 1 from A and 2 from B.  Please elaborate more on this matter and could you please explain the meaning of neighbors of 01 and 09.
