			<description><![CDATA[<p>The way I see it is that if the draw was 364 (yesterday&#x27;s Calif midday) you rearrange the digits to make the number the largest it can be.  That would be 643.  Now divide that by the sum (13) and you get: 49.xxxxxxxx.That is supposed to give you one or two of the numbers of the next draw.  The next draw in California was 968, so it worked.....however getting one possible number is not enough and there are many many ways to do the same thing. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Friends,I recently had a new observation regarding pick-3 games:1) Take the freshly drawn number and convert it to BIGGEST number possible by transposing (if needed) the numbers.2) Divide this number by the sum of digits therein.3) The dividend contains one or two numbers for the next draw or the draw next to it.Although this is not a consistent happening, I feel we all can refine and perfect this idea by further participation and discussions and exchange of ideas.
