			<description><![CDATA[<p>If there where a lot of people always posting winning numbers for  ALL  of the games in a  REGULAR  basis.Then the word would spread out and people would be coming here like bears to honey and then people could be charged so much money a month or year to view predictions or to enter into the forum or they could be charged for prediction viewed or something like that and then if a lot of money was made then stock could be sold and bought.I don&#x27;t see any other way to do it</p>]]></description>
