			<description><![CDATA[<p>A B 7 3 5 2 1 6 9 8 4 0Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.  Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc.  Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 50%.  Just a way to not play all 150 combos! You might want to consider playing one or more of the numbers at the bottom of the columns (4 and 0).  About 2/3 of the time, at least in California, one or both of those numbers were in the draw.</p>]]></description>
