			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes fate plays some quirky tricks.  I&#x27;ve just read the story about the guy who won the $239 million MegaMillions draw and found it fascinating that 1) He thought tht it was  no big thing  and 2) Complained about wasting $4 as it was the first of his five tickets that hit the jackpot.Say what you like about Jack Whittaker - at least he&#x27;s got a bit of life about him.  This guy sounds like a real misery.  If winning $141 million doesn&#x27;t get him excited, I wonder what would</p>]]></description>
