			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Texas for pick3 you have to redeem any ticket worth $600 or more at an official lottery office. At that point don&#x27;t they take taxes out of your winnings. I believe that unless I won $600 or more on any single ticket I would not sign it, so Uncle Sam would have no way of tracing any winnings back to me. My opinion is what I win I should keep and keep Uncle Sam&#x27;s grubby little hands off.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I said no, Instant tickets are ripped up by the rtailer.  A validation receipt is printed out and mailed in instead, so the actual ticket is worthless, once it&#x27;s cashed.  However, if I had a BIG winner from a computer printed ticket, then I would.  That way, if it were lost, it would be more secure.  That the finder couldn&#x27;t cash it.</p>]]></description>
