			<description><![CDATA[<p>A B 8 9 3 0 6 4 5 7 1 2Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.  Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc.  Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 59%, but neighbors hit about 50% of the time.I suggest playing the 2 and maybe even the 7 with it.  That&#x27;s what I&#x27;m going to play, 72 with all the numbers in column A.  That&#x27;s only 5 tickets and worth the try. Here is what my columns look like in horizontal format.
