Oh yeah, also have fun while you're at it! Moving to a new place can be exciting! (During a period in my life I moved to a new apartment every year or two, and while some parts of it were a pain, it could also be very fun

Make sure that before you go looking, that you know what your highest priorities are. For example, maybe your most important priorities are location, great kitchen, and garden-style. Maybe you also really want a fireplace, but that's optional second-tier priority. Only consider places that meet with all of your top-list, and use the secondary list to make your decision.
