ID probably won't join because it once offered a pick-5 called Hot Lotto . Yet DC has Hot Lotto AND a Hot Five .

If it gets enough votes, then I may e-mail a link to the poll to the state lotteries to try to convince them to look into offering Hot Lotto. i can't guarentee that we will be able to sway the states, but it's worth a try.
