Sedertree, I did as you suggested and found that for California the 4 trough digits are 2, 5, 6, and 9. Looking again at the last 100 draws, your numbers 0, 1, 8, and 9 had 5 wins, the 4 numbers that I picked at random had 6 winners and using 2, 5, 6, and 9 there are 11 winners!! Big difference, but still losing a lot of money. The only way to win money with 11 winners in 100 is to hit at least 3 straights. I didn't try to figure that out for any of the 4-digit trough digits.

Thank you for the idea, Sedertree. I will try it. I was told some time ago that I couldn't compare California to Texas because California used computers and Texas used ping pong balls. But I compared some things like the 0, 1, 8, 9 against any other set of 4 and the percentages came out to very nearly equal for both California and Texas. Sedertree, I have visited your web site and now have a better understanding of what you are doing with the trough digits . You say that if you play the 20 combos each draw that you will win money. Not in California. In the last 100 draws playing your 20 numbers results in 5 winners. Playing the 4 numbers I picked earlier (2, 3, 5, and 7) results in 6 winners. Ok, I have gone through the last 100 draws in California looking at the trough numbers . 77 of the draws contained one of those numbers. Wow..maybe you are on to something!! Or maybe not because, I took 4 of the numbers that you didn't include: 2, 3, 5, and 7 to see if they are as magical as yours. Well, I will check to see what the figures are in California. But, just looking at it...you say 0, 1, 8, and 9 are probably in better than 40% of the draws. Wouldn't surprise me a bit. There are 10 digits in our numbering system. You have chosen 4 numbers which is 40%. Blackapple,Thanks for defending my position on the use of Trough Digits in number selection. Looking at the draw history presented in this thread you'll notice that All Trough Numbers did hit frequently. I didn't do the math but the average should be about once every 12 draws +/- . I don't know where the 5 got paired with the Trough Digits.
