thanks Todd for the insight. By the way the latest hit I made 2 days ago was for $100.00 and the ticket number was 159. coincidence maybe!!!!!!!!!1

With scratch tickets, I think that's a good question. The reason is that who really knows how the winning tickets are determined? With lotto games you can watch a drawing, and you know exactly how the numbers are chosen (that is, for all states that use ping pong balls). Because no one actually sees or knows how the scratch winners are determined, in my opinion that adds lots of possibilities of coincidence .
