Check out my 3% system predictions

I have posted my 3% system predictions for virtually every state on the Predictions page. I call it my 3% system because that is the average for hits. Therefore you must play the numbers as a straight to make it pay. I hit Georgia last night straight and had California as a box last night, but of course I played the straight per my rules!! Since today is the 13th, my lucky number, I thought I would give a try at the 3% system for all states. I hope we have some big winners
