			<description><![CDATA[<p>Dude - If I had kept my original thinking but gone No Digit Repeat in the Combined Texas Database, kept the 2/1 split on the LOP&#x27;s and eliminated the Teens (11-20) and Twenties (21-27) as expected there would have been only 7 possible considierations:                          001 003 041 043 441                                     072                                     081Once again Im guilty of not looking both ways and this was in preparing for a  Non-repeat  as well as a Repeat.</p>]]></description>
