			<description><![CDATA[<p>I look at the positions 12345-67890 (if you have followed my method) and play the position that is overdue rather than the number that is overdue.  This draw position 1 was overdue and that was number 2.  The positions for this draw were 21859-43067.  Those are the numbers drawn in order.  For other states I have to go back and look at the positions that have hit, but with California I keep a chart: Pos: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 5 3 4 1 3 4 2 1 2 1 4 2 3 1 2 3 1 16 1 8 3 1 2 6 1 2 2 15 1 7 2 2 1 5 4</p>]]></description>
