It seems that a certain group of people try sending me tons of e-mails asking why they can't post messages. That old addage about leading a horse to water couldn't be more true.There are instructions all over the place about the fact that no one can post until they activate their membership. That means after you register Lottery Post sends you an e-mail, and you click the link in the e-mail.That is a fundamental rule that will not ever change.
