No state has both Powerball and Megamillions, however there are several states that border each other you could go to purchase tickets for both games.  E.g., Illinois/Indiana is a good choice because Chicago borders Indiana and several $100,000+ winning tickets have been sold in that area....suburbs of Chicago and Lake County Indiana.
