states don't cheap come on!!! you know how much up roar that wouldcause through out the u.s.a...plus they work as brokers getting a set amountof money for each dollar spent,nomatter if some one wins are not...

LA uses computer to pick all their numbers. To my knowledge they were the first State to do it.My friend Larry Love of Lotto Edge Magazine http://lottoedge.com/ told me once, it is easier to beat computer picks with a computers, than beating ping-pong balls with a computer program.

I read that Texas still uses the drawing machines at their web site. But one thought here: Even live drawing could be manipulated to produce the desired outcome. It has been done......remember PA some years ago. Too, if the live drawing is on a closed set who is there to ensure the team doesn't retake the drawing until they get it right? actually, ohio still uses draw machines. they just do not televise their drawings. WI, DE, CA, MN, NM, and a few other states animate their drawings.
