But the Keno casino payout percentage in almost all cases is higher than state lotteries. It's just that there are so many more games in a casino that offer better payout percentages. The video casino Keno game payout percentage usually is at or over 90%, though.Another paradox - in the two states that offer both a daily Keno drawing and video Keno (MI and NY), the payout percentage on the video game is 15%-20% better.

keno seems to be great, but not if you choose a quick pick. you see if you were to choose a quick pick, then chances are you probably would hit anywhere between 1-5 numbers which yields no prize money. If you lose completely then you get $4, if you get from 6-10 numbers, you get from $10-$500,000. It is a great game if you know what your doing. Personally, I do not therefore I stay away from it. They also have similar games in casinos.

20/80 is the format used for almost every Keno game in the U.S. regardless of frequency. The known exceptions are Michigan's Daily Drawing game and Bally's casino video Catch 22 game machine, which draw 22 from 80. Some European and eastern Canadian lotteries use a 20/70 format, Israel has a 17/77 game (7 Spot only), Morocco uses a 10/50 format and there's a 10/49 Keno game floating around somewhere.....gljohn

DoctorEw200,What format of Keno are you referring too? We have Keno - Quick Cash here in Georgia. The lottery draws 20 digits from a field of 80 and you can pick up to 10 numbers or spots to play. The Quick Cash game in Georgia plays every 5 minutes. I am an avid Lottery player and excluding my 5 of 6 Lotto wins, I have won more money playing 4 and 7 spots in Quick Cash, than I have in Mega Millions, Lotto South and Georgia Fantasy 5. Sorry to disagree with others, but based on my winning exp... [ More ]

pick 10 is not very popular here in NY, you are correct. Many people I talk to have never even heard of it much less even played it. Have not heard anything about multiple draws as that would be irrelevant due to the quickdraw game being in existance.

I heard that a state is going to make their daily keno game twice a day. Any word on which state it's going to be? I figure it will either be Washington, Michigan, or New York, if it's done by a US lottery.
